Please note that returns can only be processed once they have been approved by our Customer Services team.

If you've accidentally ordered the wrong item, you can still return it for a full refund. Undeliverable Orders

In instances where the delivery agent is unable to deliver a package (due to reasons like an incorrect delivery address or tax-related concerns*), we process a refund. This refund entails the deduction of the original shipping fee, handling fee, and a 25% re-stocking fee based on the value of the products. The remaining balance will be handled as per the guidelines outlined in our "Refund Policy" and in accordance with the specified "Refund Time" frame.
